Connect FRC is a Family Resource Centre. There are 121 FRC’s in Ireland, however we are the only one in Co. Louth. The aim of the Family Resource Centre Programme is to combat disadvantage and improve the function of the family unit. Connect FRC specifically engages with the communities of north Drogheda and its wider environs via a strength based, early intervention, community development model. We offer a wide range of services e.g. counselling, parenting support programmes, foodcloud, family support clinics, family events/activities, women’s groups, footsteps project (16-24 yr olds), Beacon Family Support(Tusla referrals), soft skills programmes, wellbeing supports, physical health programmes and more.
