Describe the purpose and aim(s) of the organisation/voluntary group

Our mission is to champion arts and educational programs that bridge gaps and counteract devaluation. Through Creativity, Community, and Change, we strive to elevate individuals within the disability community and instigate societal change by dismantling stereotypes and actively challenging misconceptions. Our approach is not merely representational but deeply transformative, seeking to ensure that all members of society are valued equally and inclusively. Connections Arts Centre is committed to supporting and connecting a growing community in need of advocacy and empowerment.

We run weekly public Arts and Lifestyle classes in Rathgar, that are inclusive of everyone.
Current classes include Art, Drama, and Yoga.

On the second Monday of every month we host a live music session from 12pm to 1 pm. Everyone is welcome and the session is free of charge. Groups of 10 or more are asked to book in.
