Describe the purpose and aim(s) of the organisation/voluntary group

Objectives: To provide a premises accessible to everyone in the wider community. To provide inclusive support, developmental and recreation opportunities for people in the target area. To promote social inclusion through Community Development. To network with other groups and agencies to seek to achieve our goals. To raise awareness of and provide information on issues related to social exclusion in the area.

Our Activities Include:

Supporting vulnerable groups such as those experiencing rural isolation, women, carers, men, older people, parents, children, LGBTI+ community and youth.

Raising awareness and providing support in relation to issues including Disability, Drugs, Mental Health and Domestic Abuse.

Counselling & Equine Therapy – provision for adults, families and children. Family support work. Adult and community education and training

Highlighting the needs of local communities and influencing policy

Community Development and Peer support groups.
