KWC is dedicated to empowering women through education, employability, health and wellbeing, childcare, and support for vulnerable individuals, helping them achieve independence, confidence, and improved quality of life.

KWC provides training, courses, and workshops that equip women with essential skills, qualifications, and knowledge, designed to enhance job prospects, facilitate career transitions, and promote lifelong learning, CV writing, job search assistance, and interview preparation, supporting women in entering or re-entering the workforce, contributing to economic stability for themselves and their families.

Health/Wellbeing focuses on both physical/mental health, wellness workshops, and support groups. These initiatives aim to promote holistic wellbeing, encouraging women to take control of their health and build resilience in the face of challenges, where women can thrive, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.
